By now you've probably heard that the tour was cancelled. AF1 is starting the refund process through which you can request a refund for your ticket purchases or you may choose from the following options:

A GIFT CARD PLUS A 20% BONUS!
Remember when Dad said “money doesn’t grow on trees?”, well here's the exception! This is an easy way to get MORE for your money. We will allow you to apply any amount of your refund towards an AF1 Electronic Gift Card and we'll add an additional 20% as a bonus (call us crazy!) So, if you apply $100 of your refund towards a gift card, we will add an additional $20.

The gift card can be used for any future purchases in the store or for tickets when the band tours again. If you read the press release the band put out, then you know Joe said "We hope we can get the Aerosmith machine up and running again as soon as possible..." Best of all, if you change your mind at any time, you can get a refund for the remaining balance of the gift card minus the 20% that was added.

HOW THE REFUND WORKS
You can always tell us "Give me back my money" and we'll put through a refund to your credit card. The alternative would be to apply some amount of your refund towards getting one or more VIP Gift Packages and/or the Gift Cards with the 20% bonus, as well as refund any balance to your credit card. An example of how the refund and offers work may help explain it.

Let’s suppose you purchased and were shipped two Top Spot ticket packages for $325/each and paid $8 for shipping. Your refund would consist of the ticket package price (less a $59 per ticket package fee for the merchandise times the number of tickets purchased plus a one time shipping fee of $8).

To illustrate:

You could have us refund the entire $532 to your credit card OR apply some amount of your refund towards our great offers. For example, you could get:

Your refund would consist of the ticket package price (less a $20/ticket package convenience fee) x the number of tickets purchased + a shipping credit if the ticket packages were never shipped to you.

HOW TO REQUEST YOUR REFUND OPTIONS
You can take advantage of both awesome offers or not. The possibilities are amazing - you can buy a couple of gift bags, put a little on a gift card, and refund the rest or just get a full refund. We set up a form on the AF1 web site that lets you choose exactly how you want your refund handled.

TIMING OF YOUR REFUND
Estimated time to complete your refunds is 30-60 days.* However, this may vary based on when we receive our refunds from the venues. For policy reasons, we cannot issue refunds to you until we get our refunds from the venues. Typically this doesn't take too long, but it's a procedure we need to follow.

VIP Gift Packages will begin shipping immediately and based on demand we should be able to get your order out within a day or so of you ordering them.

If you request an Electronic Gift Card, it will be automatically generated when you complete your refund request. The gift card can be used any time immediately following that transaction.
