I am a free "Get Your Wings" member, can I buy tickets through AF1?
No, the free membership level gets you access to certain areas of the website, but it does not allow you to receive discounts in the AF1 store, access to certain contests and giveaways, or presale tickets through AF1.  Also, your free membership does not count toward seniority for tickets.  Only Gold and Platinum level members accrue seniority in the club.  SO...you should upgrade to Gold or Platinum NOW!

When do membership kits ship, and what is in them?

The 2005 kits are pictured on the JOIN page.  We may change any of the kit contents throughout the year.   Kits typically ship out the same week they're ordered.  We're quick!

Will you replace my Membership Card?

Yes.  There is a $10 replacement fee if you lose your membership card.  Call 508-791-3807 or email membership@aeroforceone.com to order replacement cards.  After all, we know you wanna use 'em as cheap birthday gifts but we're not here to help ya with that!

I’ve Moved!  How can I change my address?

Hey, congrats!  Hope you're lovin' life in Timbuktoo.  The most efficient way is to go online under your account and change it or send an email with your name, old address, new address, phone number and membership number to customerservice@aeroforceone.com.  If you have moved to a new address after ordering merchandise or tickets that have not yet arrived, please contact customer service at 508-791-3807. 

Can I meet Aerosmith?  PLEASE?!
The chance to meet the band is one of the greatest perks of being an AF1 member.  And, we love nothin' more than seeing lifelong fans fulfill their dreams of meeting the best band around!  AF1 members holding tickets to a show meet the basic eligibility for a Meet & Greet.  This means that when possible, we'll randomly select people to meet the band if/when show schedules permit.  Due to the limited number of Meet & Greet opportunities, the band asks AF1 to make every attempt to limit Meet & Greets to those members who have not yet participated in a Meet & Greet.  AF1 does not guarantee a member will receive a Meet and Greet with the Band.  But, keep your fingers and toes crossed and ya never know...the next amazing story could be yours!

What is the latest with the FansRULE bankruptcy case?

If you are missing membership kits, ticket refunds, V.I.P. refunds, or otherwise owed money or merchandise from FansRULE, the bankruptcy case is still going through the court system.  If you are one of these creditors, you are listed in the court records and will receive updates in the mail as decisions which affect you take place.
