1) How do I choose how I want my refund handled?
First, LOG IN, and then go to MY ACCOUNT. Under MY ACCOUNT you'll see a link to a page called TICKET REFUNDS. Your information will be right there, pre-populated into the form. As you choose different options, the bottom of the form will calculate what amount is left to refund to your credit card. You can choose whether to take a standard refund, a gift bag, gift card, or any combination of all offers.

2) When will I get my refund, gift bag or gift card?
First things first, for policy reasons, AF1 cannot begin to issue refunds until we get ticket refunds from the venue box offices. This typically doesn't take too long, but it is a procedure AF1 needs to follow. Assuming AF1 receives the refund from the box offices, then refunds will be processed within a few business days of receiving correspondence from the customer.

Gift Bags will begin shipping immediately and based on demand we should be able to get your order out within a few days after you order it.

If you request an Electronic Gift Card, it will be generated within a few business days of your request. The gift card can be used any time immediately following that transaction.

3) How long do I have to make my decision?
We request that you complete your refund request by Friday, April 7. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we will automatically refund the credit card used to purchase tickets.

4) What if I want my refund applied to a different credit card than the one on file?

Refunds will be applied only to the credit card used originally to purchase the tickets. If the card is no longer valid, the bank will work this out with the customer. AF1 cannot issue refunds outside of this credit card.

5) What will I get back for my refund?
Your refund will consist of the ticket price less the $25 per ticket handling and processing fee, and shipping if tickets shipped. If you paid for shipping and tickets were not shipped to you, then you will get a credit for shipping (shipping is typically $10).

6) What if I change my mind after I get my gift card and want to return it for cash, how much will I get back?
Returned gift cards will be refunded based on the cost of the gift card, not the value, ie, you will be refunded $100, not $120, for a gift card that cost you $100. Likewise, if you use some of your gift card and then decide to return it, partial amounts will be refunded based on the pro-rated cost.
