Joey Kramer Birthday Autographed Photo Prize

GENERAL.  The AeroForceOne.com Joey Kramer Birthday Autographed Photo (“Contest”) is subject to and regulated by all applicable laws in any nation, state or other jurisdiction. Participation in the Contest is void in every jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation. AeroForceOne.com does not warrant that participation in this Contest is permitted under applicable law(s) in any jurisdiction. AeroForceOne.com may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify and/or make changes to these rules. The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States of America govern these official rules and your participation in this Contest. By participating in the Contest you are agreeing to submit any dispute concerning your participation or this agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the County of Worcester, Massachusetts.

PRIZES. Three (3) winners shall be selected to receive a Joey Kramer autographed photo.

HOW TO ENTER. Only one entry per person will be permitted and each entry must indicate your full name and email address.  Email your entries to contests@aeroforceone.com by 5:59 p.m. June 21, 2007.  You may also submit your entry via mail to Holiday Contest, 4 Brussels St, Worcester, MA 01610, post marked by June 19, 2007. 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.  Once submitted, all entries become the property of Paid, Inc., the operators of AeroForceOne.com, Aerosmith's Official Fan Club, and will not be returned.

PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY.  All contestants must be eighteen (18) years old and legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico, U.S.Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands), Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.  All eligible entries will be considered.  Employees or agents of AeroForceOne.com operator Paid, Inc., Aersomith, Rag Doll Merchandising, Inc., their respective, subsidiaries, and other related companies and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter. The eligibility of all participants to receive prizes after winning AeroForceOne.com sweepstakes and/or contests is subject to all of the provisions contained in these Official Rules and Regulations, along with any other applicable guidelines or rules posted in connection with a particular game or contest, without limitation.

WINNERS AND NOTIFICATION.  Winners will be randomly selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants at the time of the selection. The winners will be notified within three (3) days from the date of selection.  The Winners will be notified via email, telephone and/or U.S. mail, and will have 24 hours to respond and accept his/her prize. If a winner does not accept his/her prize within 24 hours, then a substitute winner will be selected. Specific instructions about how the winners will receive his/her prize will be conveyed upon acceptance. The winner may be required to submit valid identification and other information to verify eligibility prior to such delivery. Winners will also be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and general release within five (5) days of the date of notice, or a substitute winner will be selected.  Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for any cash value, credit, or future AeroForceOne.com promotions.  Winners are responsible for paying any federal, state or local taxes on the value of any prizes received, and for any and all expenses in connection with use of a prize.  If for any reason a Winner is found ineligible to receive a prize, the prize will be forfeited. Any fraud found subsequent to the awarding of a prize will result in the immediate revocation of the prize. All decisions made by AeroForceOne.com with respect to the selection of winner(s) are final. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize package, a winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, and publication of his/her story for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes for AeroForceOne.com, without additional compensation, through any and all means and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity. Nothing shall obligate AeroForceOne.com to so use or engage in any of the above. By submitting any content to the Contest, you hereby grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed and promote such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world, and for any purpose. Furthermore, you thereby waive any so-called moral rights or other similar rights in your submission.

CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY.  The Contest is subject to and governed by the Rules herein. By participating in this  Contest participants accept and agree to be bound by these Rules, the decision of the judges (which shall be final and binding in all respects) be responsible for his/her own actions and to release AeroForceOne.com, Paid, Inc., Rag Doll Merchandising, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies, and all parties' directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted, postponed, cancelled or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. All prizes are provided "As Is" and AeroForceOne.com and Paid, Inc. disclaims all warranties and conditions express, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AeroForceOne.com, Paid, Inc. and/or Rag Doll Merchandising, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected communications, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete registration whether caused by the participant or an equipment or technical malfunction, or for any equipment or technical malfunctions or errors, including but not limited to hardware/software failure, lost/delayed corrupted data, interrupted modem connections, and so called system "bugs." Any communication that is illegible, incomplete or late will be disqualified.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF CONTEST.  AeroForceOne.com, Paid, Inc. and Rag Doll Merchandising, Inc. reserve the right to halt the Contest at any time and for any duration of time due to situations beyond its control such as strikes, acts of God, technical malfunction, etc.  AeroForceOne.com, Paid, Inc. and Rag Doll Merchandising, Inc. also reserve the right to terminate the Contest at any time at their sole discretion by giving notice at www.aeroforceone.com.  The Contest will terminate at 11:59p.m. (EST) on the same day notice of termination is given.
