When did you first hear Aerosmith?
I first heard Aerosmith when I was 6 or 7, but I really got into them when our 6thgrade music teacher brought in the words to Dream On and that was the song we learned that week.
What’s your favorite Aerosmith song?
My favorite Aerosmith song?! Wow, I’m not sure I can answer that! I love them all so much! How about Seasons of Wither, Lord of the Thighs, Adams Apple, Uncle Salty, You See Me crying, Crash, Ain’t that a Bitch, Beyond Beautiful, Monkey on my Back, F.I.N.E, See, I told you, I could keep going and going. I love them ALL!!!!
Tell us about your most memorable Aerosmith moment.
That would have to be when I gave Steven a purple and leopard print hat that I got for him with custom scarves hanging from it that my friends and I made for him. Nobody thought I would or could do it, but I did. The scarves got ripped off, but I scooped them up and gave them to him at a Record and Radio Convention in Hollywood.
Give us your funniest Aerosmith story.
The local radio station was having a scavenger hunt contest for front row seats and a meet and greet with Steven and Joe. My friend and I did it, and it was like we were Nascar drivers. We ran a red light in front of a cop, and then when we pulled in to the radio station we skidded to a stop literally 3 feet from the D.J. We won though!!!! It was awesome we kept laughing and then crying and then laughing again! I don’t think the radio station is having anymore scavenger hunts!
Give us your favorite Aerosmith lyric or quote (one liner).
Hmmmmmm, There’s so many, "Don’t give me no lip, I got enough of my own" I use that on my son a lot! (ha ha)
Tell us about yourself…
My name is Cindy and I will be the big 40 this June. I am an instructional aide to children with functional disabilities. I am working on my bachelors in special education and hope to be teaching soon. I have a wonderful husband and 16 year old son that completely support my Aerosmith habit. I also have wonderful friends, two if which are Aerosmith freaks as well, and we have a BLAST together. I love being with my family and friends, I love dancing, singing to Aerosmith (and I don’t care who hears me)I love my job and I’m thankful for what I have in my life.
Your favorite way to relax...
I love the river. Being on my boat listening to Aerosmith! Yeah baby, that’s the life. When I can’t do that, I love just being with my family and friends, hangin’ out and jammin to Aerosmith.
Your favorite breakfast...
Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, bell peppers, ham and cheese water, o j, and a cup of coffee
Your words of wisdom...
Family is the most important thing and your best friends are the family you choose. I think it is important to live, laugh, love, sing, and dance. Don’t fall prey to the number (like 40, ha ha) Be honest and true. Be thankful for what you have, and always, always, tell the people you love, that you love them!!!
