When did you first hear Aerosmith?.jpg)
The first time I heard your music was many many years ago sitting in front of the TV late at night watching MTV! The very first video and I was hooked to your music, your vibes, your energy IMMEDIATELY..for life!
What’s your favorite Aerosmith song?
Though to choooooooose!!!!!! If you put me in a room and played "CRYING' over and over again, each time, it will hit me with the same intensity as it did when I heard it for the first time. This song elevates me and fills me with such emotion and more creative energy than I know what to do with.
Tell us about your most memorable Aerosmith moment.
All these years of being a hard core fan to the bone, and I have not had the pleasure and previledge to see Aerosmith in concert. I grew up in Curacao, a small Ducth Island in the Caribbean. Getting to a concert is one of the dreams that I have not yet been able to fullfull..but I will most definitly will! I have made it my priority to within the next 12 months to be able to experience what an Aerosmith concert is like. Current concerts in Hawaii are too far and expensive for my travels at the moment. But I keep checking your website for that golden opportunity that will come and very very soon! Hopefully on the next time around I can tell you about MY most memorable Aerosmith moment. For now, all moments I experience when listening to your music is MAGICAL, awesome! simply awesome!
Give us your funniest Aerosmith story.
When I wa16 years old (still a young teenager :) ) I asked my boy friend at the time to "film" me while I was dancing and performing in his bedroom all dressed up as a rock star with heavy make-up and fishnet stockings dancing to all my favorite songs pretending to be the lead singer (sorry Steven).! Well, we're still friends and just last week he called me to say hello and one of the things he reminded me of was that "film debut" long time ago which I had long forgotten about. Immediately my first words were, please don't tell me you have that video! That would be prettttty embarassing looking back now and could not even sing and the outfit was ridiculous to say the least . And he agreed! :)
Give us your favorite Aerosmith lyric or quote (one liner)
"Love in an elevator, living it up while I'm going dooooown"!
Tell us about yourself…
I am a working mother of two wonderful children. I have a PASSION for music, and a PASSION for dance and performing arts. I play the drums (not great, but I bang away on Aerosmith music and love it!), I'm also a Flaminco and Cabaret dancer and also a certified Zumba Instructor and doing that all for pure fun, not for a living. I have my Masters in Finance and have a career in the Hedge Fund Industry working for Fund Accounting firm as a Director of global sales and marketing servicing clients all around the world. I am the happiest however when I am on stage, performing. My ultimate dream before I die some day is to perform in one of the Aerosmith music videos , I just to dream that as a young kid sitting in front of my parent's TV watching you guys bang away. I feel blessed with all the opportunities I have had to be in performing arts but the realization of this one dream would TOP!!!!! it all. I die happy :-). Who knows, maybe some day! Love ya!
Your favorite way to relax...
My most favorite ways to relax is to lay down in my bed, on the beach, anywhere where I can strech out my legs, plug in my Ipod and play my most favorite songs and while I listen to visualize a world of dreams and goals that I wish to accomplish in my life. No matter which playlist I choose, you'll be sure to have Aerosmith songs in my selection. I listen to them over and over and over and over again and again..These songs to me are THE most inspiring songs that unleash these great feelings of passion, happiness, creativity, and contribute to elevate my self confidence. All stress just melts away....
Your favorite breakfast...
My favorite breakfast is to have a fresh french baguette with smoked salmon, cream cheese, some tomato and capers and a nice cup of hot green tea, lots of fresh fruits hhhhmmmmm.
Your words of wisdom...
There is never a sense of triumph in the quest for perfectionism. It sucks the fun, spontaneity and creativity out of life. There is no such thing as a perfect outcome therfore in the quest for your dreams ASPIRE for EXCELLENCE rather than Perfection and you will be AMAZING blowing your own expectations off the charts!
